Please ensure that when you register for ELITE or SDC Programme’s you follow the guidelines below:

Step 1

• Make your application into UK-Football Academy

Step 2

• Please ensure your application form is correctly completed

Step 3

• Please make the appropriate deposit or full payement to confirm your application and to secure your Academy place

Step 4

• Once payment has been received you will be forwarded and invitation / acceptance letter confirming your booking

Step 5

• Upon receiving your acceptance documents: Please apply for your travel VISA (if applicable)
• Please ensure you apply for a UK & Spanish VISA
• Please allow between 4-5 weeks for your VISA to be processed before your course start date
• UK-Football Academy will not be held liable for declined VISA applications
• Upon successful VISA applications please book your flight to the UK or Spain (please check your course date for details)

Please note:

• UK-Football Academy cannot confirm registrations until a deposit or full payment has been made.
• Registrations will remain on our system for a period of 10 days without payment, after which point if no payment has been received your registration will automatically cancel
• UK-Football Academy will assist in all matters of customer service however, we do not handle or make VISA applications on your behalf or guarantee VISA’s will be issued.
• Should your VISA be declined after you have made your payment and your appeal has been unsuccessful you will receive a refund of any monies paid.
