All Academy players upon their successful completion of their development course may be offered a playing contract within Luton Athletic FC whilst being showcased to higher or Pro Clubs around the world.

By joining UK-Football Academy, players will enter our Academy for intense football development which will help develop players into first team Semi Pro and Pro footballers, Luton Athletic FC is a Semi Pro club owned and administrated by UK-Football Academy which offers the perfect platform to play in English FA Leagues on

Semi Pro and Pro status, first team players may receive

a basic full time salary plus match bonuses.

Registration and Club membership:

• Players must register into UK-Football Academy on a minimum of 6 week development course.

• Once accepted you will be developed and assessed for the duration of your course, Players who pass the initial 6 week development may be (depending on performance and attitude) placed into Luton Athletic Reserve team and may be on a part time basic salary. Regular reserve team matches will be played throughout the season.

• Players who continue to progress will have the opportunity to play in Luton Athletic First team, upon this all players may receive a full time basic salary.

• Salaries will only be paid when players maintain squad status and are purely performance and attitude based.

• If, poor performances continue you will be moved back to the reserves where you will be paid the reserve team salary.

• If, poor performances continue you will be moved back to the Academy for further development and you will receive no salary or you may be released from UK-Football Academy.. Players may also be released from their contract. (Please note: If moved back into the Academy you will NOT have to pay the registration fee again)

• Once players have graduated from the Academy they may be placed onto a player’s contract of a minimum of 12 months.

• If during your contract you are scouted and or approached by another semi/or Pro Club you will be released from UK-football Academy for the duration of your offered Trial, if players pass their Trial they are free to move clubs as per transfer rules and regulations of the English FA. If you fail the Said trial you will return to UK-football Academy and Luton Athletic FC to continue your contract.

Player accommodation

During your contract with UK-Football Academy and Luton Athletic FC you will be provided with basic living accommodation and meals.

A small fee will be payable by players to assist in accommodation running costs
